Physical Therapist
- Position Summary: The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment and treatment of the assigned patient caseload in an outpatient setting. This is a full time position in the greater Nashville area.
- General Responsibilities:
- Conducts physical therapy comprehensive evaluations
- Establishes and carries out individualized treatment plans
- Supervises support personnel in direct and indirect patient care
- Qualifications: Graduate of accredited educational institution and licensed as a Physical Therapist
ATC Certified Athletic Trainers
- Position Summary: The ATC has a dual role in the clinic following treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist and with outreach programs in the community managing the sports medicine services provided to high school programs. Positions are available in the greater Nashville area and in Louisville, Kentucky.
- General Responsibilities:
- The ATC administers treatment programs to assigned patients in accordance with educational background and competencies under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- The ATC is the liaison between the coach, parent, athlete and physician.
- Qualifications:
Certification by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification and licensed by the state in which the Athletic Trainer practices.
Physical Therapist Assistant
- Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist Assistant performs various physical therapeutic treatments for patients and follows a plan of care developed by a Physical Therapist. This is a full time position in the greater Nashville area in an outpatient setting. Home Health positions both full time and part time are also available.
- General Responsibilities:
- Administers modality treatments, therapeutic exercises, gait training, etc.
- Records patient’s response to treatment and progress of the care plan
- Teaches patients in use of assistive devices and exercise techniques
- Qualifications:
Certification and licensure from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
